Besides being Kos Aktis Art Hotel's breakfast area, H2O also welcomes outside visitors for the first meal of the day. In the two central buffets, you may find the freshest ingredients and finest delicacies in order to create your own Greek breakfast, for which we have been awarded the relative certification, since 2012. Homemade jams, hearty Greek pies made with pure ingredients such as cheese and spinach pies, eggs cooked in all different ways, from fried and boiled to special omelets, a wide variety of fresh and dried fruits, dry nuts, local cheese, among which local krasotyri cheese stands out for its red coating and traditional local and Greek desserts, are only some of the goodies offered for breakfast.

Baked goods have a special place in breakfast buffets as where they form the basis for interesting flavor combinations. Apply butter and Dodecanese heather honey onto a slice of rye bread and boost your energy. For a complete meal, make a sandwich using a bun from Thessaloniki, with juicy tomato, green olives and krasotyri cheese. If you want something light, try baked rusks with the traditional tomato spoon sweet, or dip the breadsticks into a bowl of low fat yogurt. Whatever your choice, you will certainly be able to accompany it with one of the refreshing juices available in the buffet or some of our beverages. Naturally, before you visit the breakfast buffet make sure your day starts with an aromatic coffee.
